As part of Holy Week observance, all youth in middle and high school are invited to be a part of service work right here in our church building. Senior high students are needed to lead and work with our middle school students. We will work in teams as if we were on the mission field.
Parents please speak to your youngsters about their participation. Dinner will be included, friends are welcome, and all should wear comfortable clothes. For more information and to let us know if your youth can participate, please contact Martha Mendoza at 630-832-2580 or at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you.
This evening we kick off our Lenten Study. As a group, we will explore the events that Jesus experienced through the geography, historic sights, scripture, and reflections of what these events means for our Christian lifestyles. We will be using the book written by Adam Hamilton, “24 Hours That Changed the World.”
We hope to see you in the church parlor for community building, spiritual growth, and learning. Booklets will be available this evening.
Let us journey together during Lent.
All middle school students are invited to an evening of service Friday, February 10th 6pm to 10pm
